    Refund policy

    (a) Store credit.

    (b) Original Payment Method. (We can issue a refund directly to the original payment method during the purchase)

    Packages Returned To Sender:

    -If your package fails to be delivered and is returned to sender, you will receive a refund only for the purchased items minus a ($5.00) Restocking Fee.

    Return Shipping:

    -If return is necessary, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the return is due to a mistake on our part

    (eg. Wrong Item Shipped)

    -We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return items reach us safely.

    -If refund is approved we can provide you with a return label and deduct the price from your refund total.

    -You will be refunded for items only not shipping cost from the original order.

    -Once we receive the returned items we will inspect them to ensure they meet the return criteria stated above.

    -The refund processing time may vary depending on the payment method used and your financial institution. Please allow 5-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on you account.
